All of a sudden I get this import error importing an ofx file.

[ERR-4]: Cette action aurait cassé l'importation précédente dans « Banca XXXXXXXXX », aussi elle a été annulée

[ERR-4]: This action would break the previous import in 'Banca XXXXXXXXX', so it is cancelled.

Just for verifying the goodness of the ofx file I first exported all to kmymoney from skrooge and then imported the latest ofx to kmymoney and it worked.
So I am pretty confident that it is not a malformed ofx .

If you can indicate me a way to produce a logfile concerning that error,
or better you have already the answer,
I would appreciate very much.

Your OFX is correct.
This error means that:
- there is a "target" balance in your OFX file.
- at the end of the importation, the real balance in Skrooge is NOT equal to the "target" balance.

Unfortunately, the target balance of the OFX file is correct.
Is there a way to know what Skrooge expects before reporting the error and cancelling the import?
