Good day! How I can create "local" account only? I am not using any banks and want to manage my cash money, but it is not obvious how to do it with Skrooge. Thanks!

In addition to banks and brokerages (which you don't have), I have established two accounts for cash transactions. Both are of type wallet and I've placed both in a Bank labeled Wallets.
