for some time I had the 'breaking reconciliation' warnings disable and I couldn't remember why. I re-enabled yesterday and then I remembered why I disabled them time ago:
Every time I update (download) units value, the account hosting the shares complains. I understand that this is happening because the new value is not the same that the one use to reconcile. But this is normal for a portfolio account.
Should this type of accounts be excluded of these warnings? or even better, should these warnings be based on the units amount instead of their value?
You are right. This message doesn't make sens for a portfolio account. I don't know yet how to manage this but could you open a ticket to follow this request ?
