Skrooge 0.9.1 and decimal point

Tue Aug 23, 2011 4:23 pm
Hi,
first of all I must say skrooge is an excellent piece of SW.
In new version 0.9.1 I have problem to type number with decimal point, when I book new transaction (operation). For example number 880,90. Skrooge changes this number to 8809,00. I have checked 880.90 and the result is same.
What is interesting, if I make spit operation than decimal point for amounts in window for splitting works.
My system:
openSuse 11.4
kde 4.7.0
skrooge 0.9.1

With skrooge 0.9.0 I have no problems of this kind.
thank you for any suggestions.

Hi,

The problem is known and corrected in git version.
This problem occurs when the "thousand delimiter"="decimal delimeter"=".".
So, you can find a solution by changing or removing the "thousand delimiter" is KDE settings.
To do that, launch systemsettings and go in Localization page.

I have changed Group separator, it was "." and now it is working. :)
