Month report tab shows some caption at the top of the page (Report for year-month). That is fine. Just below that is:
Date: "actual date"
File name: "filename with path"

which I suppose isn't really bad, but month report is, what I thought, some kind of summary. And it looks like it's made for printing. And theese two lines just don't fit there.
I can imagine their importance (like you manages more files or you print one and then some changes in the past appear which could change results) so you just want to know (printed on a paper) which version is which.
I can imagine that:
  1. in printed version only (got drawbacks when user didn't refresh report or don't know refresh is necessary) on end of every page
  2. on both versions rigth top of the first page (it just don't look nice, but it could be styled somehow)
  3. switchable as a option somewhere in settings
  4. nowhere (I think in earlier versions it wasn't there either and I didn't missed it)

Again thanks in advance for your fast replies and for your time and effort.

Thank to Grantlee, the monthly report uses a template mechanism.
This allows the customisation of reports by the end user.

This is already the case in Skrooge 1.0.0. Indeed, you can download new "report templates" by using the "Get New Hot Stuff".
In Skrooge 1.1.0, the user will be able to modify templates and to publish them.

So, in fact, all your requirements will be done.
Regards.
