I upgraded from .6 to 1.0 on Ubuntu 10.04. After fumbling around with the libgrantlee0 issue and figuring out the backports fix I ran into another problem that I cant seem to find a fix for.

When I click on Monthly Reports i now get the following error message:

[ERR-6]: Plugin library 'grantlee_defaulttags' not found.

And no reports...

Any suggestions?

Possibly an outdated grantlee version... What is your version ?

Since you are on a rather old Ubuntu version (and consequently on an old Skrooge version), I'm afraid you won't have many choices here. Any chance that you upgrade to a more recent Ubuntu version, or to another distro ?

You need to install grantlee from backport.
