User Experience with Wacom Digitizer

Thu Jul 19, 2012 12:31 am
I would like to have a tablet that I can use to make sketches and notes like I can do using Xournal.
Furthermore I would like to synchronize my calendar and contacts with my kolab server.

One plan is: Get a tablet which ist fast and has a wacom digitizer. Use Xournal and Kontact (or Kontact Touch if matured enough for me). I know, the user interface of Xournal is not yet optimized for tablets.

Now I am searching for some user experience in using plasma active with a digitizer pen and using xournal on a tablet.
E.g., how so you recognize while writing that the ball of you hand on the tablet is no multitouch input.

Have you made some experience using this combination or do you haven an interesting link for me?

The only thing I found so far is this blog post about "hand on touchscreen while writing"
