Is there aspecific workflow to copy files from usb to local?

Hi all,
I just installed PA3 on my WeTab and wondered how I can copy e.g. pictures to a local "directory"?

Ohh and another question: Can I update the system to the final version or updated once or do I have to reinstall from a new image?
