Hi all,

I would like to test Plasma Active with my current installation. I have a touch enabled device (Sony Vaio Duo 11). Currently, I am running Kubuntu 13.04. Does any one know how I can install Plasma Active along side my current version of Kubuntu. Something like a PPA would be a boon.

Best regards

I also own a Sony Vaio Duo 11 and want to test Plasma Active. To this day I was not able to find any touchscreen-satisfying Linux distribution that has roughly the usage comfort of Windows8 :( . Because I decided to make Windows a no-go software on my hardware my 1400 Euro TouchUltrabook with Linux is degraded to a boring standart mouse usage. Iam open minded for any suggestion to test touch-able distributions ;) I have a question. Will Plasma Active be availible as standalone package/source? Can I install it on a Gentoo System?

Aaron Seigo posted about Plasma Active on Google+ to some one having concerns similar to ours. Thought you might be interested in knowing this.
