That would be gread, if there would be the ability to install also android apps.
Tizen, WebOS and SailfishOS have it already. Is there any plan also for plasma active and mer?

If you get no response here, you might want to ask on the Plasma Active development mailing list, active@kde.org if any plans exist in this area.

I didn't see any mention that it is open source...
