Has anyone been successful setting up Skype on an ExoPC so it's useable?

Plasma Active 2 w/contour

I've got Skype w/video working except for the microphone. There doesn't seem to be a way to increase mike volume. A USB headset (audio & video) works great on Plasma Desktop, but no result on the tablet.
