Latitude ST

Wed Feb 01, 2012 5:12 pm
Hi,
anyone lucky running Plasma active on latitude st?
I tried to get all 3 iso images from wiki, but after some kernel lines screen just turns black (without cursor).
Is there something more to try?
I'll have this device for few days, before it ships to customer.

Can you provide more details about the hardware running on the Latitude ST device? I am guessing it is a Dell computer.

It appears that the kernel shipped as part of Plasma Active is fundamentally incompatible with the hardware in that system - apparently somewhere involving the USB controller. A newer or older kernel version may have had more luck in functioning.
