Gwenview & Missing Kipi Plugins? [solved]

I was reading that Gwenview is capable of creating panorama images, stitching images together, so installed kipi-plugins 2.9.0 and libkipi 4.9.4 and see no option in Gwenview plugins menu?

What's more, I do not get any such option in digiKam, even after installing Hugin. Apparently I'm supposed to see a menu option in Tools → Stitch images into a panorama and then the Panorama Creator Wizard is supposed to start. None of this happens and I don't see Stitch images into a panorama option.

What am I missing to get the option in GV (and digiKam if you know) ??

Thanks.

Yeah, 'Panorama Stitcher' fires up ok, as do 'Lens Calibrator' and 'Batch Processor' . Says it's version 2011.4.0

does it work for a new/diff user? if so you could try renaming your kipi rc file ~/.kde[4]/share/config/kipirc

Doesn't appear to do anything, and when I look in kipirc file there's no mention of any Hugin settings or panorama, etc, just advanced slide show settings and other stuff I see in the menu.

do you have /usr/bin/panoramagui it should be included in the kipi-plugins package

I asked about kipirc because mine has a Panorama section that lists some of the Hugin supplied binaries

[Panorama Settings]
Celeste=false
HDR=false
Horizon=true
Output Projection And Size=true
Save PTO=false
autooptimiserBinary[$e]=
cpcleanBinary[$e]=
cpfindBinary[$e]=
enblendBinary[$e]=
makeBinary[$e]=
nonaBinary[$e]=
pto2mkBinary[$e]=

Thanks, I'm multi booting at the moment and trying out Sabayon (mainly to see if I actually really do miss anything Gtk) so this is happening in SL. All I know is I've got kipi 2.9.0, libkipi 4.9.4 and hugin 2011.4. I've reinstalled kipi / libkipi a couple of times, maybe I should be asking at SL forums, I'll see if I can find panoramagui in the package list first tho.

Looks like a USE flag issue. Thanks again.
