"Examining Finished" notification on Gwenview 4.12 startup

Is this a bug? Even if you start Gwenview normally from launcher menu: All files are on local hard drive. Btw this is happening on clean install of Kubuntu 14.04.

Do you have anything listed in the "Recent Urls" tab on the start page? Can you try to run Gwenview from a test user? If you can't reproduce the bug with a test user, then it would be great if you could create an archive of ~/.kde/share/config/gwenviewrc and all files in ~/.kde/share/apps/gwenview/ and publish it somewhere.
