All links that I've found to the Gwenview handbook are 404.
Where should I be going?

strange it is missing (at least today) but you should have the handbook provided by Arch probably in the Gwenview package, does it show in khelpcenter?

It is reported as not found in khelpcenter. Which is what prompted me to go searching online.
The package does include /usr/share/doc/HTML/en/gwenview/index.docbook - should that be populated into the KDE doc build?

In fact they are not. I will file a bug with the distribution maintainer about this. However, http://docs.kde.org/ does not contain gwenview docs either.

for the web you should post a bug on bugs.kde.org in either the docs or www.kde.org product
