Hi,

I've been wanting to preview a list of SVG files with gwenview, but all I get is a 'no entry' sign and on the command line, it tells me

Code: Select all
kf5.kservice.services: KServiceTypeTrader: serviceType "ThumbCreator" not found

for each SVG file in the folder.

Preview for JPEG files works just fine.

How do I get that "ThumbCreator" for SVG? I have installed almost a full KDE, despite only using Xfce, and am loading the KDE runtime on startup. I also have digikam installed, with all kipi-plugins.

Is there anything I can edit or install to get the preview? I remember it worked on my previous Linux Mint installation.

Gwenview Version 17.12.3
