Linux. Kubuntu. Gwenview, Version 19.12.3
Menu bar has an icon for plugins. But, I cannot find any plugins. Anybody know if plugins are available and where to find? |

Those are shipped in a different package, you need to install KIPI plugins
Hm, sorry, was a tad too fast to answer, the two print image plugins don't exist AFAICT, the other plugins are part of the kipi-plugins packages, and those should be installed automatically. I can see and use the Import and Export plugins in my installation.
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
