I am running version 21.12.1-1.1 on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed.

I don't know if it ever did, but I've recently been receiving files with the .jpeg extension rather than the .jpg extension. Gwenview, however, doesn't recognise the extension's existence. I've tried to use the setup page to associate the .jpeg extension with the application (in addition to .jpg), but have not been successful. Any guidance that you are able to offer will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi,

I posted this issue in February to which I've not received a response.

Gwenview still does not recognise recent files downloaded from iCloud with a .jpeg extension. But recognises the file if I manually change the extension to .jpg.

Is there a configuration setting that I'm missing that allows me to specify both types of extension?

Thank you.
