This problem has been driving me insane since I updated my PC and this started happening.

When I want to print a file in Gwenview or Okular, there is no option.

The bar at the top of the application that says "File, edit, options, help, etc" is completely missing, and I fear this may be the problem.

I decided to do some troubleshooting. Turns out I also cannot print in programs like GIMP or Krita. The printer just spews a blank page.

I have no idea what is causing this :,( anyone have any ideas?
