Hi all,
I'm searching for a tool (with GUI) to convert some pictures (e.g. *.jpg) to an other image size. I presumed that Gwenview could provide this service but I found only resizing for single files. Is there something I haven't found to do so with more pictures? Thanks a lot. |

You may find Digikam to be more helpful in this regard.

Ok. I will try it tomorrow.
Anyway, I think this would be also a nice feature for Gwenview. |

Actually, it is possible to batch convert images in Gwenview: you have to install Kipi, which you'd have to install for DigiKam to be able to batch convert images as well.
The menu for batch things is under Plugins in Gwenview once you've got Kipi installed. |

That's exactly what I've searched for.
Thank you. |

I'm in the same situation as the OP -- trying to resize multiple images in Gwenview. I just installed DigiKam but am not sure how this related to Gwenview. When I select 2 images in Gwenview & go to Edit > Resize I am not able to select it because the Resize option is greyed out. Any ideas? |
