Gwenview no effects plugins - menu item grayed out

Gwenview no effects plugins - menu item grayed out

In Plugins -> Effects menu I only have a grayed out "No Plugin" message, but kipi plugins are installed (the kde4 version). And in the "Batch Processing" menu I have "image effects" and"filter images" which I assume are the kipi-plugins and they do work.

Confused, I am - please confirm or explain

Confirmed on KDE Trunk. it is possibly unimplemented, or there is a bug ( for loading the plugins, activating them, etc )
