Hi,

approximately 14 days ago my Gwenview started acting weirdly. Most of the time it just shows black rectangle instead of the desired picture and the ui freezes. From time to time it works normally, this is however a very rare situation.

I am using KDE SC 4.3.4 on Arch Linux with KDEmod.

Have anyone encountred similar issues? Any advice would be very welcome.

I haven't noticed anything like this. It sounds like a binary compatibility problem due to a library update.

I see, thanks. I will ask on kdemod forums and post answer here later, if I get one.

So in the end it seems this error occurs only with a higher load on my system. After fresh restart, it does happen only rarely.

Either way, this malfunction is gone with KDE SC 4.4, hurrah
