The two reports sounds quite similar and I can easily reproduce both using the attached example. Could the maintainer take a look at them ? Thanks.

I'm using the master code.

These bugs are all caused by lossless rotating and/or flipping does not work well if the image size is not a multiple of 8. I guess in this case Gwenview should resort to not using lossless rotation.
