Hello,

I used the red-eye-reduction and saved the "black-eye-photo". But the new file is only approximately 660 kB (original file size was approximately 3 MB). Is there a possibility to save the modified file in its original size?

Thanks for your help
Regards

What type of file was reduced using this process? Was the resolution changed?

A jpeg-file was reduced. Unfortunately I can't find information about resolution in the reduced file because the exif-information is not available in this file (gwenview version 2.4.3).

Has there been any noticable reduction in the quality of the image?

No noticable reduction in the quality of the image. Neither in the printed version, nor in the image at the screen.

Do you still have the original image? I would be interested in comparing both.
