Just installed Kubuntu 12.04 Beta 1 (KDE 4.8.1). I'm very glad to see that this notorious bug in KMail has finally been fixed.

The version that came with KDE 4.4 somehow stripped the empty lines between paragraphs in the sent messages, making them very hard to read in the recipient's mail client. That forced me to use Evolution instead. Now that KMail works like a charm once again, I no longer need to put up with that piece of **** anymore. Great job, KDE team!
