KOrganizer does not read from KAddressBook

Rondo Registered Member Posts 16 Karma 0 OS	KOrganizer does not read from KAddressBook Sun May 06, 2012 2:01 am Hi, For some reason KOrganizer does not import birthdays data from KAddressBook. The corresponding option in KOrganizer is activated, Akonadi is running (no warnings or whatsoever), Nepomuk and Strigi are turned off. KDE 4.6.5 in Mageia 1 64bit. Would appreciate any help! There is a workaround described here: viewtopic.php?f=215&t=91096&p=175452&hilit=birthday+calendar#p175452 but I don't see any reasons to create and fill manually one more database with birthday dates... Thank you.
