I'm trying Kontact 4.8.2 with the last kunbuntu 12.04. Much better than previous experiences.Good job...

I have set up 2 e-mail accounts ( one pro and one perso )
How can I used the corresponding adress when I start a new mail ? Every new mail I start used my default identity ?

When you click send, hold the mouse down longer. Choose the account you want to use as sender from the dropdown menu.

And do you know if it is possible to do it automatically depending on which inbox folder we are into before we click the new message?

Not in the way you describe. But you can get far by using the (advanced) filter options.
example: If I send to big boss, use other adress.

Depending on the complexity of your workflow that could be a solution.
