Hi,
I have 3 email identities set up in kmail2. All IMAP. They are all working - mostly... But if I attempt to edit any of these, I cannot exit.save using the OK button - I can only Cancel or close. Any thoughts on how to sort this please, John |

Which version of the KDE platform and applications are you using? Can you check the contents of your $KDEHOME/share/config/emailidentities file?

Do these identities correspond to the old values you cannot modify? What are the permissions on this file? Also, does creating a new identity from scratch work?

These are the old one.
I can create new ones and can create happily until I exit the dialogue - then I cannot edit after this. Permissions on the files are -rw-rw---- 1 john john 1255 Jun 4 11:19 emailidentities Hope this helps, John |

That's strange. Can you open a bug report on bugs.kde.org and attach a non-sensitive (or just remove the sensitive information) emailidentities file to it? Describe the problem in detail there, so that the developers can take a look at it.
EDIT: Before filing a bug, one last try, move the directory KDEHOME/share/apps/emailidentities away and see if the problem persists (KDEHOME is usually .kde or .kde4 depending on your distribution).
