Can anybody understand why Kmail crashes on the basis of Krash Handler?

The only setting changes I made bevor, was do not cancel mails on mail provider after download.

What can I do to to solve the problem?

It looks like you may have a broken filter. My only guess at this point in time is to search the files under ~/.kde4/share/config/ and find the configuration file which contains the filters, and then remove the filters.
