Hello, I downloaded Calligra from Akregator. There is a .bz2 file there it appears and I can see inside of the Caligra directory from Akregator, but I'm not sure what to do now. Can I install it (Calligra) from there in Akregator?

Thanks.

You most probably downloaded Calligra source code, so you would have to compile it etc. I recommend checking your distribution's repositories if they contain already compiled and packaged Calligra and install it through your distribution's package manager.
