This week i have very often problems with the database mysql.
Sometimes the kmail freezes, and i cannot make it start again.
I try to start akonadiconsole but it does nt start:

[dglent@localhost ~]$

I try to restart kmail (after killing it):

[dglent@localhost ~]$ kmail

"/usr/bin/kmail(22208)" Soprano: "Timeout (5)": "Command timed out."


...
nothing happens

I try to restart mysql:

[root@localhost dglent]# mysql restart
ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

The solution will be again to delete the files in /var/lib/mysql/
and all akonadi related files in my home
and re-configure all resources.

This happens very often and it is very painfull for me to configure again and again.
