KOrganizer: strange behavior while adding events

I have my calendar view synchronized with google calendar (using akonadi-google libs). This connection is OK and I don't think it matters here, it was the same behavior when I tested it on local calendar. Let's assume: I have a calendar. Being on the Agenda-week view I try to add new event by double-click on the grid. I give a name of the new event, set lasting period and click OK.
a) If I have clicked on the grid in current day column nothing appears, only in Month View the new event is visible but with time 0:00 AM. Google also doesn't show it.
Console output:
Code: Select all
korganizer(5972) IncidenceEditorNG::ConflictResolver::findAllFreeSlots: free slot calculation: invalid range. range(  0 ) / mSlotResolutionSeconds( 900 ) =  0

b) If I have clicked on the grid in other column than current day and set the same parameters the event will appear but as a all day long event. Then I can shorten it's length and move to another hour/day and eventually it is set as supposed and google also show it. But it's not exactly the most convienient way, isn't it?

Console output:
Code: Select all
korganizer(5972) IncidenceEditorNG::ConflictResolver::findAllFreeSlots: free slot calculation: invalid range. range(  0 ) / mSlotResolutionSeconds( 900 ) =  0
X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 3
  Major opcode: 20 (X_GetProperty)
  Resource id:  0x6000289

Any idea how to fix it and make adding new events easier would be very appreciated.

I have fedora16, kdepim-4.8.5-4.fc16.x86_64.

3 years later, it still occurs.

Any luck in your endeavors in this time? If you're still getting any notifications of this...

Thanks,

Mike

Please don't necro post (aka bumping years old threads): instead, open a new thread with your issue.
