i read this page to import my local mail to gmail.
that work but in gmail i lost my date email.....

i read the date is not lost with thunderbird....

any idea?

What do you mean exactly by "date lost"? Did you lose messages? Did the messages lose their date and timestamp?

in gmail, it's like is the date imported who are displayed..... but if you click on the message, the real date is displayed...

Another question: did you move *from* KMail to GMail, or the other way round?

Can you compare the full headers of a mail in kmail and the same mail in gmail to see if they're different?

same thing, surely the problem is when i move a local email to the imap folder...

But does KMail keep the right date? To me it looks like a problem in GMail rather than in KMail.
