kmail - Rogue email keeps duplicating in spam folder

Using 4.9.3. There is this email in my spam folder that keeps duplicating every ~2 minutes. It is grayed out. I went into akonadiconsole in order to delete it, all 40 of them, but it still keeps replicating.
Is this the beginning of skynet? What do? |

Did you try disabling all your filters?
