Is it possible to tweak kmail to make it default to "reply to all" as in gmail?

Short of changing the shortcut, I don't think it's possible.

How stupid of me!
I hadn't even taken a look at the toolbar buttons!
I just replaced the button and everything is just as I expected.
(The reply to all button does not give an error if the sender is just one, as it might have)

you can also simply press "a" when you want to reply to a mail. Shortcut "r" is reply to sender.
