Invitation and sync with Google Calendar

Hi,

when I get an invitation per mail, I can accept it in Kmail and it shows up in my calendar on that machine. However, it would not sync with the Google calender (I added it to that calender), and it won't appear online, on my Android, nor on my other computers in Kontact. Any other date I enter, no matter where, does sync all right.
I'm using OpenSuSE with KDE 4.9.3.

Regards,

Do normal events show up in Google Calendar if you add them from KOrganizer / Kontact instead?

Last time they did, today they didn't. Dates entered in Kalender didn't sync, but that entered on my Android and on the webfrontend showed up in Kaledender.
I unchecked all the calenders in akonadi and checked them again. The not-synching dates were gone. The Kalender is in sync right now, but if I enter dates in Kalender, strange things happen. If I change detail in an entry it will not sync. I moved it to another day, and it changed the time of another entry made in Kalender. Most of these things I cannot reproduce.
If I find out anything I can reproduce, I will post it. If you need further information or logs i can send them.

Can you check through your package manager which version of "libkgapi" are you using? Some versions have issues with calendars.

0.4.3-8.1

It's working right now. I haven't had any more problems since these glitches after rechecking the calendars. But I also haven't had no invitation mail since. Afair that was when my problems started last time.

I'll try to poke the developer to answer here, since I use this resource all the time but I rarely if ever use invitations.

And there it is again. I got in invitation and accepted it on my other machine (also openSuSE12.2 same versions). It shows up locally, but would not sync to Google or the other devices. Manually entered events do sync, though.

So, I tried inviting myself for a dinner and it worked. After accepting the invitation, it has been stored locally and remotely.

Please open a bug report for libkgapi product and if possible, attach one of the broken invitations.
