Gents,
I noticed that after the a.m. upgrade (from openSUSE repositories on an openSUSE 12.2x64) all my local contacts are gone! The folder ~/.local/share/contacts is now empty! Sync with google contacts is not working as well (just the turning wheel all the time) Anyone an idea where this comes from? |

For Google Contacts, ensure you have the latest "libkgapi" installed, and try retrieving the properties of each account (in KAddressbook, right click on the addressbook and select "addresbook properties").
I haven't experienced the contact loss you describe, however (I just checked my folders to be sure).

I fixed the google-Problem by deleting and recreating the Akonadi-Resource.
Anyway, my local contacts are lost...fortunately I did a backup recently ![]() |
