Hello. I'm new to Kmail.

When I try to fetch mail from one of my google mail accounts, it fails. I have many more google mail accounts to configure, but I'd like to get this one working first.

The fetch fails silently. Only when I repeat it do I discover that the previous fetch failed.

There's no indication why the mail fetch is failing.

What do I do?

By failing, you mean that no new mail is fetched? Are you using IMAP or POP with Google? Can you post the server information you use for connecting (excluding username and password)?
