Questions from a new user of KMail 4.10.5:

1. Indexing and searching are activated and apparently working smoothly. Searches inside KMail (Edit->Find Messages) returns different results than searching outside KMail, via Krunner. Why? (I'm running KDE and KMail specifically to be able to run system-wide searches that include *all* email folders. I'd prefer to search mail via KRunner, but the inconsistent returns don't inspire confidence.)

2. My KMail Trash folder is reflecting no changes made in the last 5 days. (It's a Fastmail imap account.) Nor are changes ("Move to Trash") being reflected on the server. Why? I need to keep my "Trash" around until I specifically delete it *at* the server, not via KMail.
