Is there a way to record, define or program user macros for kmail?
I would like to implement the ingenious little "Archive" button you can find in Thunderbird that moves the marked email to folder Archive/[Present Year].

Sometimes things work different from what you expect.

Found that it is possible to create a filter that only runs on manual trigger and can have an icon in the tool bar. This is the functionality I was looking for.

Guess case is closed then.
