Hi, I am just wondering if it is possible to make Kmail composer use emacs (or emacs style) keybindings, especially that using ctrl+f b p n insteaad of arrow keys.

I'm not sure this is possible at the moment. The best you could do is to use an external editor (like emacs; external editors can be configured in KMail) for the mails.
