Given the confusion, I would suggest to use the command line program "tree" over your .local directory:
and look for directories that may be related.

No.
The are not in file system but they are in Kmail and Akonadi Consloe. If I only could archive those emails, so I could delete user file system and install everything again. |

Do you have XDG_DATA_HOME set to something different than ~/.local?

No. It looks I doesn't have XDG_DATA_HOME at all. The only XDG_* I have is listed bellow:
