hey i am using kde on my linux box .. and I have some problem ... how to make default to fowrd a email inline and not by attachment ?

You can use the two keyboard shortcuts: F is for inline (in older KDEPIM is Shift+F) and Shift+F attachment (F in older KDEPIM).

You can also add the "Forward Inline" button to the toolbar (and remove the standard "Forward" button if you want to).
Settings->Configure Toolbars
