How can I prevent KMail from going offline during the night?

Kmail is using an IMAP account to receive emails and I have a filter that is supposed to execute some programs when a certain email is received, but for some reason that particular imap account is going offline.

I leave Kontact/Kmail running all night every night.

Is the screensaver putting the KMail in Offline mode?

I assume your network connection never drops? Does KMail go offline reliably always around the same time?

No, network is hardwired and is always on.

I always find it offline when I come to the office at 9am.

I noticed I had KWallet settings to close on all three conditions. I removed checkmarks from all of them. Maybe KMail tries to connect to IMAP server but fails because of KWallet and then it gives up retrying, no?

That may be the case. If you have saved the password in the wallet and KMail can't access it, it will switch the resource offline.
