I made the mistake of installing the Beta version of Kontact from:
http://mirror.kolabsys.com/pub/upload/windows/
now I need to remove it from my Windows XP. When I attempt to do so using "Add or Remove Programs" in the Control Panel I find the unistall program hangs. The uninstall program's message box has a progress bar that remains stuck at about 25% for several hours. Just above this progress bar is the text "Beende Prozesse". I have come to the conclusion I will have to remove it manually and so need to know how. Is it going to be a simple matter of deleting the directory "C:\Program Files\Kontact E5" ?

I have been unable to find the user data to delete. Might this have already been deleted?

Are there registry keys to delete?
