Hello!
I have been wondering whether kmail and bogofilter now works better as before and installed bogofilter 1.2.4 on Arch 3.13.7 with kde 4.12. When I run the assistant to install antispam filters in kmail I get the message that no antispam program has been found. Now I wonder what's wrong, reinstalling bogofilter hasn't helped... Any help here? thx for reading, piedro |

Do you get any useful debug output if you run kmail from command line and then watch what happens when you run the anti-spam wizard?

Hallo Einar!
Now I am looking like a fool because starting it from the commandline kmail antispam assistant finds bogofilter and sets up the spam and ham buttons .... don't know why this didn't work when started by the kontact GUI. But strangely enough I get the following which indicates that there is some failing regarding spamassassin which isn't installed at all:
I reinstalled bogofilter because the automatic filtering doesn't work. thx, p. |

It's merely part of a check to see which tools are on your system, and thus is harmless.
