How to reply with a custom template

Wed Apr 02, 2014 9:29 am
Hi!
I was wondering whether there is a way to assign a certain reply template to a particular recipient. I have a person I communicate with who prefers with Outlook style of email messages (where you get a looong tail of emails attached to every letter).

I created such a template and I wanted it be automatically applied when this person's email address appears in the From: field, so whenever I reply to this person (or a list of people with this person in the list) this wacky Outlook style message would be used.

I googled a bit and found only one way this to be done when I'd need to create a separate folder for this person and set a default template for this folder. However, this way is not really convenient, because one could miss a message (I have A LOT of folders and one Incoming which I always look at).

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,

To be honest, I've been looking for this too... I don't think it's possible at the moment, so filing a request on bugs.kde.org might be a good idea.
