Hello

When I look at the Summary tab of Kontact, the mails in the "Local Folders" trash appear in the category "Popup Notes". However, if I click them, I am redirected in the "Popup Notes" tab which is empty.

I played with the preference but did not found any ways to get rid of them (except emptying the trash).

Also when I go to Notebooks, I have my local email folder appearing there!

Does someone know how to solve these issues? (Or is it a bug?)

What kind of accounts are you using? Is this trash in a local folder?

Yes it is a local folder. When I check or uncheck the boxes in the options, nothing happen. However, it works for the popup Notes tab. (picture)

I'll reword. Do you have normal mails in your local folders and everything works correctly (save for this notes issue)?

Yes, the mail part of the software work perfectly. The only issues are those 3 notes entry you can see in the picture. I do not know where they come from.

You only see that in the Kontact summary view? Everything is OK in all other Kontact views? If so it may be a specific bug of the summary view.

Maybe one of your "Notes" resource actually points to the local mail folder?

You can add/remove resources in KDE's Systemsettings->Personal Information->Configure Akonadi Resources.
Before you remove it, please select the "Notes" resource there and click on Edit to see what path it is using.
Remove the one that has something like "/home/xxx/.local/share/local-mail/".
