As I recall some kde versions ago the "send later" feature worked just fine.
Now it doesn't anymore at least not for me...

Is there any additional configuration necessary to make it work?

WHen I use "send later" the mail gets copied in the drafts folder after I set the time and date for sending... then this date passes and the mail still sits there without any error message nor any other indicated action...

So I am wondering: Do I have it misconfigured somehow or is this just a bug and it doesn't work?

There was a bug in 4.14
I fixed it in 4.14.1.
I will add more unittest now.

thx for working on that but I cannot confirm the fix. I use 4.14.1 and it still doesn't work...

Update to 4.14.1, which will include the fix.

That's strange:
I've already been at 4.14.1 ... after reading your last comment I reinstalled and a first test showed that now it is working ...
I hope it stays that way but right now this looks very promising - it's a great feature!
