Hello again!

When I move mails beetween two subfolders within the local folders in kmail the mails would move. But a few mintues later they are just back to where they were in the first place. The same is true for renaming a subfolder lieb "mailarchive" to say "oldmails". kmail cahnges the name back after a few minutes.

This happens on KDE 4.14.1 on Arch (fully upgraded and akonadi running with showing no errors in the error logs.

What's happening here? And more important: How can I fix it?
(btw I checked the file permissions in the path for the local folders akonadi ressource - they are set to my user name...)

How many mails are you moving?

doesn't matter:

I tried with moving a subfolder containing 2000 mails with the same result than moving just 10 mails.

At the moment I try working around with copying, but I am not sure what will happen if I delete the mails in the respective folders on my harddrive ... I'd rather avoid that ...

I asked because there's a bug (not yet fixed) with large deletions that causes issues like you mention. I'll poke someone to enquire more about your issues.
